LNR Editorial Baladna El Djazair announces the launch of its national recruitment campaign. The company plans to recruit 1,000 positions progressively throughout 2027, so that by the end of this twelve-month period, all positions will have been filled, in line with the operational ramp-up of the project. Baladna El Djazair is an Algerian company serving Algeria. The project, which starts in Adrar, aims to contribute to the country's food security through responsible exploitation of Algerian resources and local expertise. It is designed as an integrated and self-sufficient model combining plant production, dairy production, and industrial processing.

An unprecedented project for Algeria This ambitious project is the first of its kind and has no equivalent in its scope and integrated approach. Beyond its agricultural and industrial dimension, it aims to create sustainable employment, strengthen Algeria's productive capacity, develop local expertise, and upskill national talents across the entire value chain. Through this first recruitment phase, Baladna El Djazair lays the groundwork for a large-scale national employment dynamic, with the objective of building Algerian skills capable of operating, maintaining, and developing this strategic project in the long term.

A self-sufficient agricultural, dairy, and industrial model The project brings together plant production, dairy production, and industrial processing within the same integrated ecosystem. It aims to support national self-sufficiency, reduce dependence on imports, and build a sustainable Algerian platform capable of transforming local resources into essential food products for the country. A national talent caravan starting from Adrar The campaign will take the form of a national talent caravan. It will start in Adrar before continuing in other major cities, notably Oran, Constantine, and Algiers, as part of a recruitment approach designed for the entire national territory.

At each stage, the talent acquisition team will welcome candidates, collect applications, conduct interviews, present the project's professions, and offer professional orientation support.
