GE HealthCare (Nasdaq: GEHC) has appointed William “Bill” Grogan as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 14, 2026, bringing in an experienced finance executive from Xylem as the medical technology company advances its precision care strategy. Grogan succeeds Jay Saccaro, who previously announced his departure to take an expanded role outside the medical technology industry. During his tenure at Xylem, Grogan worked with the company’s leadership team on a strategy focused on accelerating growth, expanding margins and simplifying operations. During that period, the company’s market capitalization more than doubled. His earlier career included finance leadership positions at Walgreens, Crane Co.
