Voisin joined EP Wealth approximately a decade ago and has played a central role in developing the firm’s planning-led client service model. The two appointments are part of a broader expansion of EP Wealth’s management team and operating platform. Chrissy Quinn joined in July as managing director of client growth and partnerships after more than 26 years at BlackRock, most recently as head of Enterprise RIA.

Margaret Jarocki has been promoted to managing director of wealth operations, bringing operational support for EP Wealth’s existing organization and newly acquired partner firms under a more coordinated structure. The firm is also strengthening regional management. Mike Lay has been promoted to divisional leader for the Midwest, while Doug Ireland has joined as divisional leader for Southern California.

The firm is applying artificial intelligence and automation to meeting transcription, proposal development and client relationship management.
Additional initiatives are underway around advisor workflows, meeting preparation and tax-related processes, with the goal of reducing administrative work for advisors. ” Chairman and CEO Ryan Parker said.
