In a few months, Relaisanté has succeeded in convincing 315 healthcare establishments to adopt its solution. This Wednesday, September 23, the startup announced that it has raised 6 million euros from Ternel, Aquiti, Elaia, and AFI Ventures in order to "make returning home an organized and secure step in the care pathway." 7 million patients were hospitalized in France, and the vast majority returned home. "But hospital discharge still too often remains a breaking point in the care pathway. ", Relaisanté details. At the beginning of the year, Etienne Boix and Pierre Godet therefore launched a platform allowing the integration of patient needs and the identification of professionals capable of intervening at their homes.

"It's a tool that we designed with healthcare establishments, sometimes forced to contact dozens of nursing practices before finding an available professional. The challenge is to relieve them, while also easing the burden on families with a loved one losing autonomy," emphasizes Etienne Boix. The promise: to find available home caregivers in just 18 minutes. In a context of an aging population and budgetary pressures in hospitals, the startup announces this first fundraising with the ambition to establish itself "in 1,000 establishments by 2027."

Relaisanté, which currently employs 15 people, should also increase its workforce to 20 employees by the end of the year. "We have also connected 12,000 professionals to our platform to date, and our ambition is to list 30,000 by the end of 2027," continues the co-founder. For Etienne Boix, this fundraising will also make it possible to "cover all patient needs." Currently specializing in nursing care and personal assistance, the platform quickly wants to open up to paramedical services, equipment, and various home healthcare services.
