TUCSON, ARIZ. (July 24, 2026) — Barrio Tech Park LLC, an entity affiliated with HFE International founder and CEO Thomas West, purchased an industrial property at 907–909 E. 912 million, or approximately $90 per square foot. The owner-user transaction closed July 6. 75 acres near East 17th Street and South Park Avenue, southeast of downtown Tucson. Constructed in 1956, the building was vacant at the time of sale following the recent departure of longtime occupant Dumas Products. The facility includes five dock-high loading doors, one ramp door and one grade-level loading door.

Other features include heavy three-phase power, natural gas service, a two-inch water main, fire-sprinkler protection, HVAC-served office space, an evaporatively cooled warehouse, employee locker rooms, restrooms and a break room. Barrio Tech Park LLC purchased the property from 909 East 17th Street Partnership, an entity owned and managed by Robert A. Brandon. , the longtime occupant of the facility. Dumas Products ceased operations and vacated the property before the sale. Pat Welchert of Alpha Commercial Real Estate Service LLC represented the seller.
