Romdhane has worked in creator marketing since his mid-teens and co-founded and sold an influencer agency at 17. Norin and Hälleberg founded an AI voice note app as teenagers, with the latter amassing over 1 million followers and 500 million views worldwide as an Instagram creator. The company runs creator marketing campaigns end-to-end.

According to the company, a brand defines the desired outcome for a campaign, and AI agents handle creator discovery and matching, enabling automated outreach and reply handling. Fluencify’s agents brief creators on the content brands are seeking and field any questions early in the process. Once confirmed, Fluencify automatically schedules posts and paid boosting, as well as cross-border creator payouts across 85+ countries. According to the company, creator marketing is run through traditional influencer and UGC agencies, creator marketplaces and campaign software, or in-house creator teams at larger brands.

Fluencify states that it differs from existing software tools by running the campaign rather than selling a tool, and from the agencies by doing it with automated agents. The company works on an ambassador model, where creators work with a brand on a recurring basis rather than one-off paid posts. 8 billion ($30 billion). With Fluencify’s coordinating agents, creator marketing can be run continuously by a brand rather than on a campaign-by-campaign basis. This also means that creators earn more predictably from their work wherever they live.
