Richfield-based electronics retailer Best Buy Co. , announced the appointment of Anne Bramman as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Aug. 19. Bramman joins Best Buy from Circana , where she most recently served as chief financial and growth officer. Bramman also was CFO at Nordstrom, Avery Dennison and Carnival Cruise Line . She also serves on the boards of Morningstar and McCormick & Co. The Metropolitan Airports Commission announced it has hired Jason Paltzer as assistant director, concessions and business development.

The MAC owns and operates Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and six general aviation airports in the Twin Cities metro.
