6 million euros completed in ten days in 2024. The campaign will be open to the general public starting October 1, 2026, on Crowdcube. The company was registered in 2019 under the name Brique House Brewery by Lille residents Baptiste Dufossez and Joseph Timmermans, with a first location in Saint-André-lez-Lille. The brewery-taproom concept itself was only officially launched in March 2020. Since its creation, the company states it has served over one million customers, for a cumulative turnover of 45 million euros. Pre-registrations for the new campaign have been open since September 15, ahead of the official launch on October 1 on Crowdcube, with an entry ticket set at 100 euros.
Production, carried out at the Fretin site, currently reaches 100,000 hectoliters per year. The company states it has a capacity that can go up to 200,000 hectoliters. Leclerc. Its catalog features eight permanent beers, complemented by a regular flow of limited creations. The company has also secured a listing with Maison Nicolas, which should allow it to deploy its range in 480 stores. The brand also has six taprooms in France, including Brique Machine, an 1,100 m² space opened in Paris in 2023, which reportedly welcomes 250,000 visitors per year for a monthly turnover of 450,000 euros, according to the company.
Also according to the company, its turnover has tripled in the hotel, restaurant, and catering (HORECA) segment over the past twelve months, and quintupled in mass retail during the first six months of 2026. With this new fundraising, Brique House aims to take a step forward: transitioning from a brand to a multi-brand group. An alcohol-free range, Free Kick, is set to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2026, before the unveiling of new consumption territories in the first quarter of 2027. For the 2026-2031 period, the company anticipates that HORECA will drive most of its growth (60%), far ahead of mass retail (20%), franchising (13%), and export (7%).
The company also plans 30 franchised taprooms by 2030. The international expansion schedule includes entry into Belgium and Luxembourg in 2027, followed by Switzerland and the Netherlands the following year, before the United Kingdom and Germany around 2030. To support this growth, 50 sales recruitments are announced over five years. The company states it aims for over 50 million euros in turnover for its brewery business in five years, and up to 100 million euros in ten years. “This fundraising is an opportunity for our community to step behind the counter and become a shareholder in the adventure,” declares Baptiste Dufossez, CEO and co-founder of Brique House.
