FL Technics, a globally recognised provider of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services and part of Avia Solutions Group, has appointed Saulius Bajarunas as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Having played a key role in FL Technics’ international expansion and operational growth over the past several years, Bajarunas will now lead the company’s global operations and strategic development as Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Zilvinas Lapinskas, who recently assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Avia Solutions Group.
