Alongside the integration, plans have been finalized for a new headquarters and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for NTK Cutting Tools in the Nagoya area, Japan. This multi-million investment will increase production capacity, introduce advanced manufacturing technologies and provide a modern environment for manufacturing, engineering, marketing and corporate functions. The merger brings together synergy and complementary strengths from both organizations.
