Enterprise information management platform Iron Mountain has hired Dominic Del Guidice as its new ANZ managing director where he will lead the company’s commercial strategy. In this role he will focus on deepening customer and partner relationships as the company continues on its growth journey. Del Giudice has more than 25 years of experience spanning management consulting, technology services, and business transformation. He has worked at global organisations including Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, IBM, and Mindtree. In the first year of his role, Del Giudice said his priority is to listen to customers, partners and employees.
“To understand what's working well and where we can create even more value,” he explained. ” He noted that the Australian IT channel is navigating a “new period of rapid change”. “Customers are under pressure to modernise, adopt AI responsibly, strengthen cybersecurity, and manage increasingly complex data environments, all while controlling costs and delivering measurable business outcomes,” he said. “For partners, that means continually evolving their capabilities and demonstrating value beyond technology implementation. ” Del Giudice noted that Australian organisations are looking for partners who can help them turn information into a strategic asset rather than simply manage infrastructure.
“As AI adoption accelerates, businesses need trusted partners to help them prepare, govern, and unlock the value of their data,” he explained. ” Del Guidice said he is “excited” to join the team at an “important time” for both the company and broader market. “Australia and New Zealand have incredibly innovative organisations that embrace digital transformation, and I believe Iron Mountain is well positioned to help them succeed,” he said.
