ICICI Bank has priced a $1 billion five-year dollar bond at a much tighter spread than initially indicated, in the largest such issue by an Indian lender in nearly 14 years, three bankers said. S. The proceeds from ICICI Bank’s issue will be used for general corporate purposes. The bonds are expected to be rated “Baa3” by Moody’s and “BBB” by S&P Global, in line with the issuer. 80%.
