com ServiceNow is acquiring Israeli startup Sweep for approximately $400 million, according to Geektime, which first reported the deal. A ServiceNow spokesperson confirmed the acquisition to the Israeli tech website but declined to comment on its financial terms. Founded in 2021 by Ido Gever and Eran Kirshenboim, Sweep develops technology that helps enterprises map and manage the complex systems, workflows and permissions underlying their operations.
