Sizemore to lead next evolution of FINN's media practice, bringing a modern mindset that blends brand-building with performance precision to drive business impact for clients NEW YORK , Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- FINN Partners today announced the appointment of Kim Sizemore as Head of Integrated Media. In this role, Sizemore will lead FINN's integrated media strategy and operations, spanning planning, investment, buying and measurement, across the agency's global client base in B2B, B2C, DTC and nonprofit sectors. Sizemore's appointment bolsters FINN's integrated marketing strength and reinforces the agency's commitment to delivering innovative, creative media solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Integrated Media Expertise & Creative Powerhouse Pedigree Sizemore joins FINN Partners following an 18-year tenure at independent powerhouse Wieden+Kennedy, where she rose to Group Director, Media and Communications Strategy, building brand-defining work for TurboTax, Airbnb, and Electronic Arts, including a strategic brand partnership with the NFL and more than a decade of Super Bowl campaigns. She also spearheaded long-running work for Travel Oregon/Portland and the American Indian College Fund. At FINN, she now leads integrated media strategy across the agency's full roster of global clients, serving five core sector specialties: health, travel, education, technology and B2B, and financial services.

"Kim is a proven media leader with deep, cross-channel expertise and success driving innovative, large-scale campaigns for the world's leading brands," said Noah Finn, Managing Partner, Integrated Marketing at FINN Partners. "She brings an incredible track record of creative and media excellence, combined with technical platform knowledge and measurement rigor that will benefit our clients and teams. I am excited for Kim to take our integrated media offering to the next level." Focused on Media Integration and Innovation As Head of Integrated Media at FINN, Sizemore is responsible for defining the strategic vision for the integrated media practice; delivering connected solutions for clients across strategy, creative, content, web, PR, SEO/GEO and SEM; driving campaign innovation through data, technology, and emerging platforms, including AI; optimizing team operations; and driving growth for the agency and its clients.

"As the media landscape grows more complex, clients are often hindered by siloed workstreams and deep fragmentation. I believe in the power and clarity that seamless integration between creative and media brings," said Kim Sizemore, Head of Integrated Media at FINN Partners. "FINN shares that same entrepreneurial spirit and openness to crafting bespoke solutions. Throughout my career, I've valued fierce independence and core values as the foundation for creating game-changing work that moves the needle for a client's business. FINN's independent structure gives us the clear runway to build true, unconstrained media solutions that put the client's business impact first."

A Shift in Top Industry Talent Said Pepe Aguilar, FINN Global Head of Creative, "Kim balances creative ambition with accountability and business impact. She is genuinely curious and brings a bespoke mindset to every client, regardless of category or budget size. Her decision to join FINN speaks volumes about where the industry is heading.
