The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the board appointed Shaker Bin Ahmed AlSaleh as CEO, effective immediately. AlSaleh is a public policy and international relations expert with over 30 years of experience in public administration, economics, higher education, governance, integrity, and anti-corruption. He has held several leadership and advisory roles, including Director General of Integrity Promotion at Nazaha, Board of Trustees member at the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), and Advisor to the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH).
He also contributed to the development of strategies for Nazaha and SCTH, established the Nazaha Training Center, and conducted specialized workshops on governance, integrity, and transparency. In addition, he chaired a national committee in cooperation with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) aimed at promoting business integrity across the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
