Creative agency St Luke’s, based in central London, has promoted Rich Denney to chief creative officer and Anastasia Terzeon to managing director, completing its senior leadership team following BBD Perfect Storm’s majority investment earlier this year. Rich, who joined St Luke’s in 2017 and became joint chief creative officer in 2024, will now assume sole creative leadership of the agency. Previously executive creative director at MullenLowe London, he has led campaigns for brands including Butterkist, KP, Tyrrells, Heathrow, South Western Railway and Dole.

Rich said: “St Luke’s has always been defined by its people. “That’s what makes it so special, so it’s a privilege to help lead its next chapter alongside Anastasia, who has been incredible since day one. ” Anastasia steps up from managing partner after six years with St Luke’s, having previously worked at Y&R and The & Partnership. During her time with the agency, she has helped win and lead accounts including Premier Foods, Wickes, Ocado and KP Snacks, alongside supporting its people and culture initiatives. Anastasia added: “There couldn’t be a better time to be stepping into this role.

“We’ve got an agency full of brilliant, ambitious people, fantastic clients and real momentum. “There’s still plenty to do, but that’s what makes it exciting. ” The pair join chief strategy officer Dan Hulse and head of transformation and Apostle Entertainment managing director Leanne Silman on the senior leadership team, supporting St Luke’s next phase of growth under chief executive Neil Henderson and chairman Jason Foo. Neil Henderson, chief executive of St Luke’s, added: “One of the joys of St Luke’s is the depth of talent we have within the agency, which allows us to develop and promote our own people.

“Rich and Anastasia are both exceptional leaders and have been at the heart of so many successes over the years, including our recent Premier Foods win. ” Jason Foo, chairman of St Luke’s and chief executive of BBD Perfect Storm, added: “One of the reasons we invested in St Luke’s was the exceptional quality of its people. “Rich and Anastasia exemplify everything that makes the agency special –outstanding talent, deep client relationships and a culture that consistently develops leaders from within. “These appointments strengthen an already impressive leadership team.
