Recently, Sunshine Homes has intensified its M&A activities to expand its land portfolio. Through its subsidiary, Xuan Dinh Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, the company last year signed a deposit agreement for the acquisition of stakes in the Sunshine Grand Capital (Noble Palace Tay Thang Long) and Noble Empire Ciputra projects, for a total amount of more than 2,360 billion VND. 6 billion VND in the last quarter, a decrease of 95% compared to the same period last year. The main sources of revenue come from the rental of investment properties and other income sources.
In addition, cumulative revenues from property transfers and property management services are less than 800 million VND.
