How does the credit model work?
1 credit = 1 signal. When you enrich a company, you pay 1 credit for each signal returned. A company with 8 signals costs 8 credits. This means you always pay proportionally to the value you receive.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. All plans offer annual billing with volume discounts. Contact sales for details.
When should I consider Flat File instead of API?
If you're running 60,000+ enrichments per month, flat file delivery (~$2,500/mo) becomes more cost-effective than API credits. We'll proactively flag when you're approaching this crossover point.
What's the difference between signal data and intent data?
Intent data provides probability scores based on anonymous browsing behavior. Signal data provides verified, timestamped business events — SEC filings, funding rounds, hiring surges, leadership changes — with full source attribution. Intent scoring is available on all plans as a premium operation (5 credits).
How does OEM licensing work?
Enterprise and Flat File customers can white-label our signal data. OEM partners embed signals directly into their platforms via API or file delivery with custom SLAs and dedicated infrastructure. Contact sales for wholesale pricing.
Can I access raw signal data?
Yes. Flat File customers receive both raw and processed signals delivered to a GCS bucket on a weekly refresh cadence. Raw data via API is planned as a future enterprise add-on.
