ABM Lead frustrated by lack of individual-level data, only account-level provided

What happened

An ABM / Campaign Lead at an enterprise company expresses significant dissatisfaction with the lack of individual-level data, which they view as a major drawback, as 6sense only provides account-level data. This limitation makes it harder to pinpoint specific contacts and requires additional manual enrichment, impacting targeted outreach.

“I don't like that you don't show any individual level data, which is a big drawback, only showing account level data. Also, the initial setup was a bit lengthy, taking about two to three months for onboarding.”

“There is a lot of "anonymous" tracking, I have never once been able to finely pin point who was the contact at a company who's been researching or has interest in our services. The persona map is useful but the contacts there need to get updated as sometimes we spend credits and dont really have any new information. I have to go enrich or update via LinkedIn.”

“I dislike that I do not receive personal intent, as intent is only on the company level.”
