Pepijn Rijvers has been appointed Chief Business Officer at Airbnb, Inc., co-founder and CEO Brian Chesky announced in a company-wide email. Stephenson will remain with Airbnb through the end of the year to support the transition. Stephenson also currently serves as Head of Employee Experience. Fallon O'Connor , currently Vice President of Communications , will take over the role under the new title of Head of Communications and People .
