For many parents, success is measured not by their own accomplishments, but by the opportunities they create for their children. For Randy Hipolito, that opportunity came through the Global Services Philippines Child Scholarship Program. Launched in 2019, the Program was designed to help qualified employees cover their children’s college tuition expenses. Since then, the benefit has enabled employees to send their children to quality educational institutions through Arch's academic scholarship grants. “For 2026, we have 13 scholars,” said Angela Camille Azaña-Labiano, HR Services Manager. As an employee, Randy said his experience with the Child Scholarship Program deepened his appreciation for Arch. “What stood out to me most was that Arch’s support goes beyond the workplace,” Randy said. “The Child Scholarship Program shows the company genuinely cares not only about its employees but also about their families and future.
