Arch Global Services Philippines continues to expand employee engagement initiatives with the launch of the Arch Riders Club, the newest employee-led group. Led by Red Bayani, Glenn Adremesin and Daniel Fiesta, the club promotes camaraderie, stress relief and responsible motorcycle riding. Since its launch, the club has organized rides to Doña Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan, and Infanta, Quezon. Contrary to speculations, the club welcomes not just big bike owners but also riders of motorcycles below 400cc. “When we started, all the initial members had big bikes,” Club President Red said. “But we wanted to be more inclusive, so owning big bikes wasn’t necessary.” To ensure everyone’s well-being during rides, the Club has strict safety-first policies included in its rules and regulations. These policies cover the mandatory riding gear, motorcycle condition and riding discipline. Participants who violate these policies won’t be allowed to join the ride. For Red, riding is both a passion and a way to unwind. “We’re inviting all motorcycle enthusiasts to join us. The Arch Riders Club is not just about riding but also about building friendships, sharing experiences and learning from one another. Working from home can be stressful, and having an outlet helps. Since we share the same passion, it’s best that we bond and ride together.”
