In January 2026, we entered into an agreement pursuant to which we obtained a $1.5 billion delayed draw multi-year senior unsecured term loan facility. In connection with this facility, in February 2026, we borrowed $500 million on a variable-rate term loan that matures in February 2028 (the “2028 Term Loan”) and $1.0 billion on a variable-rate term loan that matures in February 2029 (the “2029 Term Loan”) to finance a portion of the acquisition of OneOncology.
