JPMC BGC offered me ₱18K basic / ~₱21K package despite my 3 years of Citi banking experience. Apparently, my provincial salary is now my “market value.” 🤡 So I recently applied to JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) BGC, Account Specialist I - Retail and Card Services, and their offer honestly left me speechless. My compensation at Citi was around ₱42K/month package. I eventually resigned because I decided to move back to the province to be closer to my family. • “A friend of mine who used to work there told me na kaya daw nagkaka ganyan ang call center ng JPMC is because of the indian managers. Nagkaron daw ng salary ceiling bigla and it left most of the employees demotivated (including my friend) kase sinabihan silang mag apply sa ibang company or magpataas ng job title kung gusto pa ng increase.”
