All photo printers have mechanical errors so how do I turn off my store’s location from being an option for photo print outs?

  • [comment u/Hazadik] If you do what the other poster said, you will get a call, or I should say multiple calls, a day from the Kodak help desk people insisting you turn them back on.

The correct way to do it is to go on the main photo computer, click on "tools" and then click on the one that mentions out of stock... I don't remember the exact wording, but that will open up a menu where you can select to remove certa”

  • “If you turn off any machines that aren't working and then run a device health check through the kiosk or main photo computer settings(depending on what you have) that should disable stuff from coming in. Should being the keyword.”
