    "excerpt": "Deloitte has welcomed 111 graduates, apprentices and industrial placement students to its North West practice to support long-term growth across the region. The new cohort have joined the firm’s Audit & Assurance, Tax & Legal, Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Technology & Transformation businesses. In total more than 1,500 early careers professionals have joined Deloitte this year, including 1,353 new graduates, apprentices and industrial placement students. This year’s early careers intake also includes 130 people who joined its technical academies and have progressed into Deloitte’s UK-wide technology teams, as well as a further 20 individuals who will join the academies. The new hires will be based across 21 locations throughout the UK, with 44 per cent (590) of them starting their careers outside of London.
