Deutsche Bank has appointed Vikas Arora as chief country officer and head of corporate bank for the Philippines, effective Oct. 1, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. Arora will oversee the bank's Philippine operations across corporate and investment banking and represent Deutsche Bank Group in the country.
