Following recent launches of Math and Music courses, the new Chess course signals a clear strategic expansion beyond language learning.
Filing excerpt
While languages remain our core focus, we began expanding into additional subjects aligned with our mission to develop the best education in the world and make it universally available. We now offer courses in Math and Music, and recently launched Chess, which is growing rapidly as learners embrace these new subjects on the Duolingo platform.
