The expansion marks a significant milestone in scaling the company's spacecraft manufacturing capabilities to meet growing demand for lunar and in-space services. The new cleanroom is four times the size of Firefly’s existing cleanroom and part of the company's 144,000-square-foot campus in Cedar Park, Texas. Combined, the two cleanrooms enable a dedicated assembly line capable of supporting up to 12 lunar landers and orbital vehicles simultaneously, dramatically increasing throughput as the company ramps up its mission cadence.
