As well as suggesting a strong reception for Garmin Forerunner models, the company's CEO talked about the Garmin Cirqa's recent release during an analyst Q+A session. Garmin's Q2 2026 figures were broken down in a recent earnings call, including a 25 per cent year-on-year increase in net sales revenue for its fitness division. Aviation and Marine segments also saw healthy eight per cent and 14 per cent increases for the quarter, year-on-year, leaving Garmin's Outdoor and adventuring section as the only one with a slight quarterly contraction of 2 per cent year-on-year. Garmin's key releases in this quarter include the Forerunner 70 and 170, entry-level fitness enthusiast watches that are among the company's most easy-to-recommend to the ordinary shopper. The Garmin Forerunner 70 costs $249.99, and provides high-end statistics like training load, plus much newer software than the otherwise well-regarded Forerunner 165 from 2024.
