Gemini Titan received a designated contract market license from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in December 2025, making it eligible to operate a regulated derivatives exchange and offer prediction trading. In April, another subsidiary, Gemini Olympus, received a derivatives clearing organization license from the CFTC, allowing Gemini to handle clearing and settlement for Gemini Titan internally.
