Highlighted: the lines this signal was extracted from

I've been trying to sign up for Groq in order to use some of their inference for smaller models that can run really quickly, but I've never been able to sign up for a developer account, supposedly because of capacity issues. It's been that way for several months now. Is this happening for everyone else as well, or is it just me? I thought they resolved their capacity issues. https://preview.redd.it/6tvkw9yhp9mh1.png?width=2215&format=png&auto=webp&s=fd9bd78ec37d0b364418a2001cd38933dd772d06
