Higgsfield has raised $400 million in Series B financing at a $5.4 billion valuation as rapid adoption of its AI video and image creation platform pushes annualized revenue to approximately $700 million. DST Global led the round. New investors include Tribe Capital, Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Smash Capital, Fifth Wall, Valor Capital, Intel Capital, Liberty Global Tech Ventures, Mirae Asset Capital and NTT DOCOMO Ventures. Existing investors Accel, Menlo Ventures, AI Capital Partners, GFT Ventures, Capra Ventures, BAM Corner Point and BroadLight Capital also participated. The financing more than quadruples Higgsfield’s previous $1.3 billion valuation. Higgsfield now has more than 30 million users across 238 countries and territories, with the U.S. representing its largest market. The company’s agentic visual creation products have become a major driver of recent growth. Following the rollout of Higgsfield Supercomputer in May 2026, usage of the company’s agentic products increased 42-fold in three months. Users are now generating more than 20 million pieces of content per month. Higgsfield said its platform is used for visual production by 390 Fortune 500 companies across advertising, marketing, media, broadcasting, fashion, retail, technology, financial services and pharmaceuticals.
