ATLANTA, August 12, 2026 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ -- The Home Depot®, the world's largest home improvement retailer, today announced that its Chairman and CEO Ted Decker will take a temporary medical leave of absence. The company expects Decker to return in the coming months. The Board of Directors, following Decker's recommendation, has elected two executives with extensive Home Depot experience to oversee the operations of the CEO's office during his absence. Ann-Marie Campbell, Executive Vice President, will oversee Home Depot's daily operations, while Richard McPhail, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will oversee the company's financial management and Pro business subsidiaries.
