Ortiz succeeds Michael Van Treese, who has been named AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Chief Administrative Officer. Ortiz will join Huntington's executive leadership team and will report to Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Steve Steinour and to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. "I am thrilled to welcome David to the executive team and into this critical role," Steinour said. "He is a proven leader with deep expertise in financial controls and enterprise risk.
