I keep seeing posts about people getting banned by Tradeify for reasons like hedging or KYC. The post in the screenshot is just one example. Look through r/tradeify and you’ll see hundreds more. I’m sure some bans are justified, but I find it hard to believe all these people are hedgers or fraudsters. It makes me wonder if these reasons are being used to ban profitable traders intentionally. I haven’t been banned myself and I’ve had a few payouts. But I honestly don’t feel confident that my account will still be fine when I request the next one. I also see people saying, “I’ve had lots of payouts without an issue, so it must be your fault.” Well, maybe you’ve just been lucky so far. That doesn’t mean everyone else’s ban was fair, and you could be next. When I started using Tradeify, I thought it was one of the best prop firms. Now I see so many ban complaints that I wouldn’t recommend it to someone new. I’ve seen KYC complaints about Lucid too, but at least from what I’ve seen, those checks happen before you buy an account. If you’re new to prop trading, I’d think twice before using Tradeify. How can anyone trade with confidence when they’re worried about being banned after requesting a payout?
