April 21, 2026 Masco Corporation is reshaping its executive leadership team ahead of two senior retirements, promoting internal leaders and adding an outside procurement executive as the home improvement products manufacturer looks to streamline operations. The Livonia, Michigan-based company said Jai Shah, group president of plumbing and wellness, will retire in July 2026 after 23 years with the business. Rick Marshall, vice president of the Masco Operating System, is set to retire in September after 37 years. The changes come as Masco adjusts its management structure under President and CEO Jon Nudi, who took the top role in 2025. The company said the new structure is designed to improve alignment between corporate priorities and operating units while sharpening focus on supply chain and procurement performance. As part of the transition, Jill Ehnes will take on an expanded role as president of Delta Faucet Company and North America plumbing. She will remain on Masco's executive committee. Arun Iyer has been promoted to vice president, chief supply chain officer and head of the Masco Operating System, the company's internal framework for planning, accountability and continuous improvement.
