Have the terms always been this bad? They are saying that their AI can break rules and if it does it completely on you.. plus an ad can keep running for up to 24hrs after you turn it off and you still need to pay for it? Terms below (summarised by AI, link in comments) Results and reporting aren’t guaranteed. Meta doesn’t guarantee sales, targeting accuracy, reach or delivery - and doesn’t warrant that its metrics are accurate or reliable. (§7) Meta can run tests that affect campaign performance. These can involve pricing, targeting, delivery, reporting and your ad creative. This clause alone doesn’t establish why any particular campaign’s performance changed. (§5) You’re responsible for automated and AI changes. Even if Meta generates creative or selects targeting and placements, you remain responsible for reviewing them and ensuring compliance. You must not remove AI-generated watermarks or authentication metadata connected with the creative. (§§3, 14) Meta can reject or remove any ad for any reason. Violations can also lead to account suspension or termination and forfeiture of unused credits where legally permitted. (§3) You’re responsible for spending through your account.
