    “Costs of flights and hotels are often higher than booking directly, and there are times that not all flights or hotels are available through Navan. They also offer hotels through other discount sites (Expedia, Hotels.com, etc) which are frequently non refundable. We are charged a $30 fee for every trip, but the admins end up doing all of the research and work.”
