Ok, so I made a ranking before but this is a refined and updated version with some big sponsors I missed Roche: Very few metrics, great work life balance. Merck: Solid FSP team BMS: Great team running the most complex trials in the industry. Biogen 5 Novo Nordisk6 Takeda7 J&J: Lots of misalignment between teams, can be bureaucratic and slowed career progression.8 Bayer9 Amgen: This is actually pretty good it's just their systems that are clunky and some studies aren't. Other than that I've head it's a great place to work with good WLB10 Teva11 Incyte12 AstraZeneca: Can overwork you, especially if you work for AZ directly. If you're in oncology prepare to work long hours. They assign you many sites13 AbbVie: they used to be good but I’m hearing that they are understaffing their CRAs14. Pfizer15. Norvartis: Can be bureaucratic and systems are clunky16. Moderna17. GSK18, Sanofi19 Gilead20 Regeron: Can overwork you and the company is very political21 Eli Lilly: Will overwork you, the least liked FSP

[comment u/Bulky-Butterfly5291] Novo Nordisk: Less on doing the trials and more of how can we make PIs happy. Lots of site engagement activities
[comment u/Signal_Spring_6936] Nov nordisk: amazing team but you are literally onsite every week 🤣🤣
