Today, OpenEvidence announced a partnership with the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) to make the Academy’s flagship publications, American Family Physician and FPM, accessible through OpenEvidence. The integration will allow clinicians using OpenEvidence to rapidly surface relevant guidance from these key family medicine publications through intuitive, natural-language search. Through this collaboration, clinicians will be able to surface and apply trusted clinical guidance within seconds. OpenEvidence’s intelligent search surfaces answers grounded in AAFP and other trusted resources and contextualizes them within the broader medical literature, helping clinicians stay current amid rapidly growing information demands. OpenEvidence works with leading medical societies nationwide, including AAFP, NCCN, ACC, ADA, ACEP to ensure clinicians have access to authoritative, up-to-date guidance.
