We’re so excited to introduce Betsy McCormick as our new VP of Creator Success! Betsy will help shape how we empower creator growth on Patreon and deepen the experience creators have as they scale their businesses here. She most recently served as Head of GTM Enablement at Qualtrics. Before that, she built and led customer success teams, programs, and processes across both Afterpay and Cash App, as well as at Nova Credit, where she sat on the Executive Leadership Team. Earlier in her career, Betsy was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. In her own words: “I couldn’t be more thrilled to be joining the incredible team at Patreon. My career has been deeply rooted in financial empowerment, and I cannot wait for the opportunity to help creators continue to build sustainable, thriving businesses.”
