How strict are the utilities PGE, SCE, LADWP and SDGE regarding the offset of 150% restriction? A customer wants 20 solar panels, which with the irradiance the house has it would come up to 195% offset. I explained them and they still want them. Its LADWP in this case but i would like to know for future clients that have other utilities too. Would the interconnection or inspection or plans not get approved with this production levels?
