The complex has undergone a major regeneration project led by Covéa Immobilier in collaboration with the architectural firm PCA-Stream, which has preserved the original concrete and metal architecture, restored the original volumes, opened it up to the surrounding neighbourhood and integrated new outdoor green spaces.
