SentinelOneCustomer feedback

A customer reports a horrible support experience for SentinelOne when purchased through NinjaOne and states they are dropping the product as a result.

What happened

Post: "Do not buy Crowdstrike through NinjaOne, their support has no F***ing idea what they are doing."

Source

Post

I've had a ticket open for 15 days. These outsourced support morons have zero idea what I explained in the support ticket. I seriously am about to lose my shit. Stay with Pax8 or TD or HB, do not fucking do it, its not worth the savings.

  • [comment u/cokebottle22] This has been our experience with ninja and S1. Horrible. We are dropping S1 but do love the RMM solution.

  • [comment u/AttackNotion] I have exactly the same issues with N-Able and SentinelOne. To the point at which I've removed the N-Able contact from our S1 escalation process and opt to just figure it out ourselves.

  • “Oh, don't get me started on this. Is there anyone at Ninja who looks at this subreddit because I've got a whole litany of issues with their Third Party solutions. I will state that I love NinjaRMM. It's a non-komplication solution that works as well as most RMMs I've used in the past with the right price point for us. As for their third party licensing, support, and management? I've had su”
