He previously served as president of SEAKR Engineering and Blue Canyon Technologies, overseeing a combined workforce of more than 1,000 employees. Before joining Sierra Space, Schrader was vice president of strategy and business development at Lockheed Martin Space, where he supported a $13 billion business area. “I’m honored to step into this role,” Schrader said. “The opportunities ahead of us are significant.
