Hello! My employer wants to pay me some training. I can pick, essentially, between an Udemy subscription or a Linux Foundation subscription. I'm mainly interested in getting certified for Kubernetes. I had the Udemy subscription from other employers in the past, you have to hunt for the good course among the many. Is the LinuxFoundation's Kubernetes content any good/better ? EDIT: Thanks everybody, it seems that Mumshad and KodeCloud are what i'm looking for. Frankly, it looks like a spiritual successor to LinuxAcademy, back when it was super cool (around 2016-2019). EDIT (2): I found out some of the KodeKloud content is also available on Udemy so i bit the bullet and bought a single course from them and and i'm following their course on CKA and it's actually good. I guess i'll go with KodeKloud.

  • [comment u/quentiin123] I learned with Mumshad on udemy, and his course was actually really good. Certainly worth the money. Can't talk about udemy in general, but this one is good.

  • [comment u/Unlucky_Bed6132] udemy is a total crapshoot but ive found a few gems buried in there over the years.

  • “Depends on the trainer that gets assigned. For the money, that can be an expensive gamble. KodeKloud/Mumshad is a good option. Worth the money. Good quality. Have only heard good things.”
