VP reports struggling with navigation and testing new automation agents

What happened

A Vice President of Business Development at a small business reported struggling with the navigation panel and finding the 'Run or test' panel after creating an Agent. This issue impacts the user's ability to efficiently test and deploy their automated agents, causing frustration and a less intuitive user experience. An Intelligent Automation Engineer at a mid-market company echoed these concerns, finding the setup and configuration complex for new users and noting a need for better documentation.

“The navigation panel can be little more user intuitive. When I was creating the Agent, my prompts were well received, understood and the Agent was created at jet speed. But I quite struggled to understand how to run and test the Agent. The chat interface said I need to open a Run ot test panel but I could not find it easily on the user interface”

“Sometimes the setup and configuration can feel a bit complex, especially for a new user. A few features also take time to understand properly. I think the platform could improve the learning curve with better documentation and a more simplified user experience in some areas.”
