Hey guys, if you missed it, Virgin Galactic settled $8.5M with investors over claims that it misled them about its spaceflight technology and safety. I also just found out that late claims are being considered. Quick recap: In 2021, Virgin Galactic was accused of overstating flight readiness and downplaying safety issues after its Unity 22 flight deviated from its planned path. The FAA later grounded flights, and $SPCE fell sharply. Investors filed a lawsuit. Now, Virgin Galactic has agreed to settle $8.5M with investors. If you invested in $SPCE between 2019 and 2021, you can still check the details and see if you may be eligible for a late claim [here](https://11th.com/cases/virgin-galactic-lawsuit). Anyway, did anyone here invest in $SPCE at that time? How much were your losses?
