Electricity demand is growing, and Pennsylvania is playing an increasingly important role in how Vistra meets it. Today at the Pennsylvania Energy & Innovation Institute roundtable in Beaver County, Vistra's Claudia. Morrow joined regional leaders to discuss the investments and infrastructure needed to support reliability, economic growth, and rising energy demand. With our pending acquisition expected to close later this year, Pennsylvania will become Vistra's largest generation market outside of Texas, with: • More than 7,000 MW of generation capacity • More than 700 employees • A growing role in supporting reliability across PJM A key part of that future is the Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Plant. Through our 20-year partnership with Meta, we're supporting more than 2,600 MW of existing nuclear generation in PJM, while investing in upgrades that will add capacity, support local jobs, and help extend plant operations for decades to come. It's an exciting time for the electric industry. As demand grows and innovation accelerates, we believe nuclear will continue to play an important role, and we're excited about the opportunities ahead in Pennsylvania. #Energy #Pennsylvania #NuclearEnergy #EconomicDevelopment #GridReliability
